Methu Wada – Lentil balls soaked in tempered yogurt and garnished with coriander.
Potato & Coconut Curry – with spices in coconut milk gravy
Chickpeas & Tomato – dairy based with chickpeas cooked in rich tomato sauce
Palak Mattar – Green peas cooked with spinach and spices.
Zeera Rice – Basmati rice tempered with cumin & garlic
Paratha – Potato stuffed bread rolled & cooked with home made butter.
All food is freshly prepared by chef Lakshmi to traditional recipes from her home land India.
The Princess Katherine does not have disabled access. There is one step up and four steps down in order to board the vessel.
The Princess Katherine is full heated, equipped with an onboard licenced bar and two toilets.
The Princess Katherine has booth seating for six to a table, for bookings of two you will share a booth with another couple, bookings of four or six have a booth to themselves.
Pre-booking is essential, there are only a limited number of places available on each trip.
