Private Hire

What's The Capacity?

The Princess Katherine is licensed to carry 80 passengers. Depending on your event and to some extent the weather we recommend sixty to eighty passengers.

Isabella is licensed to carry 80 passengers. We would recommend fifty to sixty passengers, taking into account space for catering, DJ or other act.

Catering

We work with the catering firm Impact Catering for most of our events. They have a good range of buffet selections with either hot or cold options. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own food or use your own caterer. Alcoholic drinks can not be brought aboard and can only be supplied by us through our licenced bar.

Booking Tickets

Where Can I Book My Tickets?

Tickets for evening cruises can be bought online through the relevant web page.

Tickets for the City River Cruise can be bought online or onboard.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by our credit card service Stripe. Any refunds for cancellations within the cancellation policy of your trip can take up to ten days from the date we issue the instruction.

On Board

Do The Boats Have Toilets On Board?

Both the Princess Katherine & the Isabella are equipped with two toilets.

Can I Get Anything To Eat or Drink on Board?

There is a fully stocked licenced bar on board the vessel as well as a facilities for making hot drinks. We also serve a range of light snacks such as crisps and chocolate.

Are The Boats Wheelchair Accessible?

Unfortunately we do not have wheel chair access. There is one step up and four steps down in order to the Princess Katherine and two to four steps to board the Isabella.

Getting To The Boat
